My love and passion for producing artisanal gelato began in 2017.
I spent six months in Italy studying at the Florence University of the Arts, where I earned a master's in the art of gelato, and sugar artistry, while being educated by gelato expert Tulio Bondi.
For the past six years, l've been perfecting the art in order to deliver the highest quality gelato.
Each flavour has its own unique formula and is made with only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, with no artificial colour or flavour.
Sourced in Italy from specialized suppliers, produced in Toronto with Italian competence.
